You may select available Tickets from the pool of Tickets generated for each Lottery. Ticket selection is on a first-come, first-served basis.
Ticket prices will be clearly displayed on the Platform. By purchasing a Ticket, you authorize us to charge the applicable payment method. All payments are final and non-refundable except as expressly provided in these Terms or as required by applicable law.
A Ticket purchase is not complete until we have confirmed receipt of payment and issued a confirmation. We are not responsible for transaction failures due to payment processing issues beyond our control.
Tickets are personal to the purchasing User and cannot be transferred, sold, or assigned to any other person. Any attempt to transfer, sell, or assign a Ticket will render it void.

The draw process uses a random number generation system that sequentially generates numbers up to the total number of Lottery Tickets. The process is designed to be fair, transparent, and verifiable.
The User holding the Ticket corresponding to the winning number will be declared the winner. In the event of any dispute regarding the winner, our decision shall be final and binding.
Winners will be notified through the contact information provided in their account. It is your responsibility to ensure your contact information is current. If we cannot contact a winner within 30 days after the draw, we reserve the right to select an alternate winner.
The Prize includes assistance with obtaining a Golden Visa through property investment worth 1,600,000 UAE dirhams in a GCC country or other eligible region where Golden Visas can be obtained through property investment.
We will provide assistance with the visa application process, including guidance on documentation requirements and application procedures. However, we cannot guarantee visa approval, as this is subject to the relevant government authorities' discretion.
Winners may opt to receive a cash alternative instead of the property investment and visa assistance. The specific terms and conditions for the cash alternative will be provided to winners.
